As the owner and head Sushi Chef at Kohaku, Chef Ken has been cooking high quality, yet affordable, downtown Tokyo style cuisine for the families of Huntington Station for over 30 years. Chef Ken began his training in Tokyo 50 years ago and came to America in 1974. Kohaku, with it’s casual, family, atmosphere represents Chef Ken’s passion for connecting Japanese culture to American culture. Kohaku represents Chef Ken’s life and the American dream.
